How do I order on Ninja Monk?
It’s easy! Here’s how:
- Choose a category from the top navigation.
- Select your desired piece and click ‘Add to bag.’ Once you’ve added all items it’s time to check out.
- Sign into your Ninja Monk account or, if you’ve not yet created one, proceed via guest checkout.
- Enter your address, payment method and delivery address details to complete your order. That’s it- we’ll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you, with updates every step of the way.
Can I make adjustments to my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make adjustments to it. This would include canceling the order or editing the order. Address adjustments can only be made prior to your order shipping.

HOW DO GIFT CARDS WORK?
You can add an electronic virtual gift card to your cart from the main gift certificate page. Once the gift card has been added to your cart, you can continue shopping or checkout.
Upon placing your order, the electronic gift card(s) will be emailed to the recipients. The recipient will receive an email alerting them that they have received a gift card and provide them with a gift code.
Redeeming a gift code:
Customers can use their gift code to purchase items from NINJAMONK.COM. During the checkout process, customers have the option of using a gift code for payment. In the event that the gift code’s value does not cover the total cost of the order, the customer will need to provide their credit card information to cover the remaining balance. in the event that the order total is less than the value of the gift code, the remaining gift code balance will be available for future purchases.
How do I make a return?

Ninja Monk offers free returns on any orders that have not been used or altered/cut. With the exception of final sale items, swim and masks.
You have 14 days from your order date to request a return. Please see the shipping & returns link at the bottom of the page for our full return policy.
Why is my discount code not working?
Be sure to double check your spelling. If you are still having issues with your discount code, please reach out to our customer service team customerservice@ninjamonk.com with your code and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot.
Can I buy Ninja Monk anywhere else?
Ninja Monk is sold exclusively on our website.
