FROM THERE, FOLLOW THE PROMPTED STEPS REGARDING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. ONCE COMPLETED, CLICK ON SUBMIT TO REQUEST AUTHORIZATION. YOUR REQUEST WILL THEN BE SENT TO OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND WILL BE APPROVED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
